  2. I am not currently accepting ICBC or WBC. If you need assistance finding a practitioner who does I am more than happy to help you.

I was born in raised in Ontario, but have made BC my home since 2014. I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and have been practicing as an RMT since 2016. I have taken extra courses in exercise prescription, neurokinetic therapy (NKT), taping, and Rockblades.

I love working with active people and those wanting to truly make a difference in how they move and feel!

Outside of the treatment room you can find me weight lifting, hiking, reading, or playing with my dog.
